Based on a true story, of a homeless man who, upon his death, funds a major perpetual trust to help the homeless regain their dignity, find housing and get back to a productive life.

The owner of the story is a man who helped him with this last wish - Greg Schupra, a financial planner who helps nonprofits and churches set up perpetual charitable trusts.
